1) No work life balance if you are not a part of senior management. 2) Do not expect any flexibility or even a slight concern to anyone’s issues unless you are a yes sir/mam person. 3) Management is corrupt, even if you complain about someone no action will be taken ever. They are all in the same boat. 4) Career growth is very limited and does not depend on your performance.

Having been part of PowerSchool for the past few years, I feel truly fortunate to be part of this family. The way our leadership address our questions, support growth, and help shape our career paths is outstanding. Recently, I came across some negative comments, and it surprised me to see how people could speak so poorly of others.We all experience both good and challenging days at work, but that doesn't mean we should criticise our workplace or leadership. From what I have read, it seems these comments may be rooted in personal issues with managers or senior leadership, which is disappointing to see. In my experience, PowerSchool is a fantastic place to work. Our managers and senior leadership understand our situations and genuinely support the team. We should value that and strive to maintain a respectful, positive workspace by respecting our leaders and each other. People must think carefully before posting such comments - no one is perfect.
