No work life balance (sometimes have to work for 16-17 hours in a day( Not a good culture specially director level people abuse you on call and favour whom they like. Promotions only when they are forced to give else only favourite will get Promotions. No merit based recognitions, they only recognize selected people in team, others are never given any opportunity. If you try to give bad reviews they come to you indirectly (as they already know youbhave given bad review). Dislikes

1) No work life balance if you are not a part of senior management. 2) Do not expect any flexibility or even a slight concern to anyone’s issues unless you are a yes sir/mam person. 3) Management is corrupt, even if you complain about someone no action will be taken ever. They are all in the same boat. 4) Career growth is very limited and does not depend on your performance.
