When I joined Great Learning, it was full of potential and opportunities for growth. It had a great culture that really spoke volumes about it being one of the best, if not the best in the EduTech space. However, this changed significantly after company partnered with Byju's, marking a turning point for all aspects of Great Learning.

Dislikes

Skill development was not prioritized and my growth as a designer was neither recognized nor rewarded with appropriate promotions or job security. Additionally, the compensation was significantly lower than industry standards. Overall, I would not recommend this company for designers seeking financial and professional growth.

Dislikes

1) Work Culture very much toxic 2) Less salary 3) If you want to find worst TL come to great learning 4) Undesirable targets 5) Zero efforts in providing training and then they want to be the best employers 6) Clearly they have no knowledge how to manage there workforce 7) If you want have a happy life stay away from this place many more jobs available wait for few more weeks but get something better 8) They still think they are working in the Covid period and edtech product are still in very much demand. I think they should remove this curtain from there brain try to look what is the actual need of there customers. 9) Please stay away from this place, I had wasted an year in this place....Read More
