Wiingy is an amazing place to work. However I feel there is an opportuniy to make it even better by introducing reguar employeefun activities on a monthly basis. While the focus on work and growth is fantastic, adding some fun activities would help build stronger bonds .

What is appreciate the most about being a part of this organization is its commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity. The environment here is filled with a sense of collaboration and support, where ideas are not merely welcomed but actively encouraged.

Dislikes

While working here has been a good experience overall, some aspects could need some refinement. At times employees are asked to stay beyond their working hours or asked to work from home after having completed the 10 hours of shift time. An employee can sometimes feel that the company is slacking on professionalism.

Dislikes

No workplace is perfect. What works for one person, might not work for the other. Learning should be the priority. If you're starting out fresh from college, be grateful that you are getting a platform to learn from such experienced founders and co-founders.
