Former Whoop exec’s new app Alma uses AI for all things nutrition
- Former VP of product at fitness company Whoop, Rami Alhamad, has launched a new app called Alma which combines a calorie tracker and a nutrition guide with an AI layer that makes nutrition tracking more user friendly.
- The app will enable users to input their meals through a conversation with the app's AI assistant or by taking a picture of the meal.
- Users can also ask the assistant to suggest meals that meet their goals of protein and fiber intake.
