The company offers global exposure and great culture. The appraisals are generally decent

Dislikes

THere are periodic rounds of firings due to cost cutting/restructing. So there's always a sense of uncertainity. Also the career growth plan is very obnoxious. There is not clarity around it. Your manager has limited control on your future growth.
