There is too much to learn in a bank. Promotion opportunities were in abundance those who want to rise in their career. One clerk can become a GM if he clears promotion exams which happened every year in Vijaya Bank. I also joined as a Steno n retd as sr br manager by taking three promotions. There is ample scope to rise in banks for those who keep on studying n passing promotion exams.

Dislikes

Though everything was ok but for senior positions like BM n abv, there was too much pressure of achieving targets.
