Likes

Banks in general and VIJAYA in particular are not the best place to engage with. Poor work culture,worse work life equilibrium, poor pay package, high risk and almost the worst family life.

Promotions - Good

Dislikes

Discriminatory transfer policies. Missing quality of life. Inadequate compensation for responsibility and accountability. Frequent transfers. No scope and time for implementing any innovative ideas.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Three transfers within three years. No administrative support if there is any legal issues against you as a BM. You have to follow the loans you sanctioned,till it is closed because you are accountable for every loan you sanction.
