They will make you work tirelessly promising you to give good appraisal but when the time comes they will strike you at the back. 3. There is no growth opportunity in this company. 4. I've been here for 3+ years, and I know people are suffering in this company.

1.The company has the worst work culture. 2.VPs act like they own the company. 3.The CEO doesn't care about the company, only their public image is concentrated. 4.The company hires and fires people very often. 5.Even after hiring, they look for cheaper replacements. 6.Salaries are lower than what other companies pay. 7.Office hours are strict (9 am - 6 pm) and being late is not tolerated.
