Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring efficient handling of receivables, payables, revenue, payments, payroll, and compliance with tax regulations including GST, TDS, and labour laws. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of financial management and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes.

• Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices.

• Monitor and record revenue transactions accurately.

• Manage payment disbursement, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.

• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary payments, deductions, and statutory

compliances.

• Ensure timely submission of Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and

Professional Tax (PT) payments.

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, TDS payments, and other tax-related obligations.

• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for management.

• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to Management for decision making

• Assist in budgeting and financial planning.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: CA/CA Inter (Finance)

• Experience: CA- Minimum 3 years of Post Qualification experience in finance and accounting.

CA Inter Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance

• Proficiency in Tally

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication

• Handle a team of 5 members

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
