Tracxn - Program Manager - Finance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Manager to join our Finance Team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the release of our annual and quarterly financial reports, ensuring they are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered on time. You will collaborate closely with various teams to maintain the integrity of our financial reporting process and uphold Tracxns commitment to transparency and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire process of preparing and releasing annual and quarterly financial reports, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising accuracy.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data, ensuring timely and accurate compilation of financial reports.
• Set and manage timelines for report preparation, reviews, and approvals. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the reporting schedule.
• Review financial data for consistency, accuracy, and completeness. Coordinate internal audits and other review mechanisms to ensure report integrity.
• Ensure that all financial reporting complies with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding financial reports. Provide updates, address queries, and resolve issues as they arise.
• Continuously identify and implement improvements in the financial reporting process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure that team members involved in the reporting process are adequately trained. Identify and organize periodic training programs as needed.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of work experience in a finance-related role, with a focus on financial reporting or program management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines an deliverables.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• High intent for getting things done and a commitment to accuracy.
• A bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a top-tier college is preferred.
