Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Client Success Executive whose role includes making outbound calls, building relationships, understanding customer needs, and generating leads. You will work closely with the business development team to identify opportunities and drive growth. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and communicate effectively to understand their needs.
  • Generate leads by identifying and qualifying prospects.
  • Establish trust and build rapport with potential and existing customers. Handle customer queries and objections empathetically and professionally.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback on call outcomes, lead generation, and any challenges faced.
  • Prioritize and manage call schedules to maximize efficiency. Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with prospects.
  • Clearly convey information about our product to potential customers. Listen actively to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
  • Maintain a professional tone and language during all interactions.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionals over calls.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using google sheets and creating client relationship logs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet during calls.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Working Conditions

  • This is a full-time position.
  • Remote based working environment.
