Your Role & Impact

As AVP Business Strategy and Operations (SALES) at Tracxn, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, optimizing sales strategies, and accelerating business development efforts. You will partner closely with leadership to design scalable revenue models, identify new growth opportunities, and drive strategic sales execution. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration will be critical in maximizing sales effectiveness and driving sustainable business growth.


Business Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and implement strategic sales roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall business priorities.
  • Identify high-potential market opportunities, optimize go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Leverage data and insights to refine market segmentation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Continuously track industry trends and competitor movements to identify new business development opportunities.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Design scalable and repeatable sales processes to drive predictable revenue growth.
  • Optimize the end-to-end sales funnel by streamlining lead generation, conversion, and closure processes.
  • Enhance deal velocity by introducing best practices for lead nurturing, account management, and deal closure.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to establish and monitor sales KPIs, driving high-performance culture within the sales team.
  • Enable cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve customer acquisition and retention rates.

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify and pursue high-impact business development opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to build compelling value propositions for target segments.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-value prospects, enterprise clients, and strategic partners.
  • Lead initiatives to expand Tracxns footprint in new markets and develop sustainable revenue pipelines.
  • Drive strategic partnerships, channel sales, and enterprise sales to accelerate growth.

Sales Automation & Operational Efficiency

  • Enhance sales tracking, pipeline visibility, and deal predictability.
  • Work around sales automation tools to reduce manual tasks and increase productivity.
  • Work closely with tech and product teams to integrate sales automation solutions that drive faster deal closures.

Data-Driven Decision Making & Insights

  • Develop real-time sales dashboards and performance metrics
  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and revenue metrics to generate actionable insights.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on pipeline management, revenue optimization, and growth opportunities.
  • Drive a data-first approach to improve sales forecasting, demand generation, and revenue conversion rates.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a high-impact team of business strategy, sales operations, and revenue growth professionals.
  • Foster close collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure aligned business objectives.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and revenue intelligence.
  • Play a critical role in driving sales culture transformation, sales process standardization, and operational efficiency.

  • Proven track record in optimizing sales processes, improving productivity, and driving revenue growth.
