Everything. Manager doesn't want you to grow professionally but they want you to work like a slave. They ask to come every day to office, they ask everyday to work late and stretch. They even don't hesitate to ask to work on weekend. Worst project management. They don't take accountability when something wrong happened, but they arealways ready to put blame on others. They always want to release something even when not required or functionality is not working just to please stakeholders. Everything, worst company, especially POS team where manager is behaving like a boss and they don't know anything. Don't join this company or this team specially, even if you don't have any offer in hand. You have to work 12 hours minimum and again if anyhow you are not able to manage your work then they will trash you.
