The higher management seems to be involved with the daily activies of employees but actually couldn’t care less. They ate too busy listening to leaders and department heads rather than looking at the actual picture going on , and leaders are busy fooling. If a manager takes over a team, she is more interested in protecting her own hires and gets hostile towards the older members.
