Flexible working hours and 2 days off per month. Involvement in global education promotional events. Scope to learn daily.

Dislikes

Poor discipline of staff at work, team spirit is largely missing, male staff particularly are not allowed to express new ideas or better ways of doing things. Poor office interiors, poor cleanliness and tidiness of office surroundings.
