The company's HR department is very bad and Its very inconsiderate towards its employees. Also there hike percentage is very less in the last 3 years and promotions also not there. Main pain point is HR department, the employee struggle due to their policies and don't even think if you can get a favour in case of some emergency,even if you are going to die, they wont allow exception.
