There is not much to like about.

Salary credits on 7th of every month, becomes difficult for pretty much everyone whose EMIs are scheduled on 1st/2nd of month. Bad company policies, yet to figure out how to manage a big project. For example, lack of proper KT. Have not witnessed corporate politics as much as I witnessed in this company, safe to guess who gets the employee rewards or a good increment. The management needs a reality check, company runs in the hands of 3-4 people and are extremely bias. Gujrathi supremacy at its peak. They boast about culture but fail to incorporate the same. Although it is hybrid work, the time spend will be more than 8 hours. Lenient in nature with Ahmedabad employees but it is not the same with Hyderabad employees.
