Tapzo is an app aggregator platform. The app allows the user to access or transact on several apps through a single app without the need to install the apps. Tapzo partners with multiple players in each domain and integrates their API's in the app. Tapzo also provides API for deals and a commerce API is under development as of March '17. Tapzo supports 35+ apps on the platform. Formerly was known as Akosha, a consumer complaints resolution portal and pivoted to conversational commerce platform in July 2015. Acquired platform for offline deals, Niffler in Sep 2015. From May 2016, the company has ceased all chat based operations and all other services are app based only. As of May 2016, claims to have 1.5M downloads on both Android and iOS app and is processing 90K requests every day. Rebranded from Helpchat to Tapzo in Nov'16
