Star estate is an organization, is an most unprofessional organization and not an company to work. They don't pay salaries to employees after 2 months. They dismiss the employees without prior notice . The HR policies are pathetic of this company. Superb bajpai the HR in the company don't know any HR norms. The upper management is totally totally sales oriented they don't give at least 3 to 4 months to employees to perform. They say we will pay half salary if the sales is not done but they don't even do that. Highly non recommendable organization pathetic!!...Read More
