it is unacceptable that workplace can have a such a toxic culture and lack of work-life balance. late-night calls are a clear sign that the management does not respect employee's time and the absence of empathy only adds to the already negative atmosphere. the poor management and egoistic promoters only make the situation worse, andthe hire and fire policy suggest that the company has no regard for its employee job security, not receiving a bonus despite promise made by HR is clear indication of company dishonesty the fact the company has been in the industry for 20 years but has only 150 odd employees raise serious question on growth and success, the biases towards US employees and mistreatment of Indian employees with few exceptions is unacceptable and speaks to the company's lack of diversity and inclusion. the presence of mole disguised as employee is deeply concerning and adds to the already toxic and untrustworthy environment I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO JOIN THIS COMPANY AS IT SEEMS TO HAVE FAILED ITS EMPLOYEE AND LACKS INTEGRITY...Read More
