The work that we do is amazing, especially everyone on the client side at An*P*an. Our work involves lots of hardcore technical troubleshooting. One of a kind process for any BPO! It's sort of an L1 engineer's work.

Dislikes

EVERYTHING! The culture, the pay, office politics, management. They take employees for granted and the manager Nagraj has no sense on how to speak with the employees. He has an affair in the account with a girl and due to her takes all the other employees in the account for a ride. The HR is also involved in it and knows this well. His manager's are also aware but take no action since he recently got promoted to a director and took an exit from the account. They take employee's personal life and health as a joke! Fully biased towards hi favorite employees and gave appraisal accordingly....Read More
