Worst management and sole proprietor business good than this company. wast of time..

Very Worst management and worst work culture and they will not pay salary timely and they deduct pf & TDS but they will not deposit. worst politic between top management and they will not believe employees.. if any employee resigned, they hold the salaries and will not clear F&F.

A Nightmare in my profession. They never pay salaries on time, still My PF is not credited into my EPFO Account. I resigned in April 2023, The Employer deducted PF from my Monthly Salary account, but it is not credited in my EPFO account for the month of (JAN, FEB, MARCH, APRIL (2023)) till now. I have all my pay slips, offer letter, relieving letter. When I follow up with the HR team over there, they say it will be credited into your EPFO account, I always listen the same answer for the team over there past April 2023. Dislikes

There are many. The Managment is very rude with employees. No fair practices and employee policies. I never felt going to work in a happy mood till I am employed with the business. It is not a right place to work for skilled employee.
