Worst management and sole proprietor business good than this company. wast of time..

Very Worst management and worst work culture and they will not pay salary timely and they deduct pf & TDS but they will not deposit. worst politic between top management and they will not believe employees.. if any employee resigned, they hold the salaries and will not clear F&F.

...ey never pay salaries on time, still My PF is not credited into my EPFO Account. I resigned in April 2023, The Employer deducted PF from my Monthly Salary account, but it is not credited in my EPFO account for the month of (JAN, FEB, MARCH, APRIL (2023)) till now. I have all my pay slips, offer letter, relieving letter. When I follow up with the HR team over there, they say it will be credited into your EPFO account, I always listen the same answer for the team over there past April 2023. I don't recommend people to join over there and spoil your career.

There are many. The Managment is very rude with employees. No fair practices and employee policies. I never felt going to work in a happy mood till I am employed with the business. It is not a right place to work for skilled employee.

Very good company when Sarat sir heading director of finance, now 2nd generation is killing the business. Employees are very potential.

Now salary payment is very late i.e. once in 2months that is reason i have left from the company.

Good to work . Work environment good. People supporting. I spend my 3 years without any stress.

Dislikes

Job safety depends on project . If no project then job is in high risk. Currently less client business available. Company progress is slow . Management not care about company and customer .
