Worst management and sole proprietor business good than this company. wast of time..

Very Worst management and worst work culture and they will not pay salary timely and they deduct pf & TDS but they will not deposit. worst politic between top management and they will not believe employees.. if any employee resigned, they hold the salaries and will not clear F&F.

A Nightmare in my profession. They never pay salaries on time, still My PF is not credited into my EPFO Account. I resigned in April 2023, The Employer deducted PF from my Monthly Salary account, but it is not credited in my EPFO account for the month of (JAN, FEB, MARCH, APRIL (2023)) till now. I have all my pay slips, offer letter, relieving letter. When I follow up with the HR team over there, they say it will be credited into your EPFO account, I always listen the same answer for the team over there past April 2023. I don't recommend people to join over there and spoil your career....Read More

Dislikes

There are many. The Managment is very rude with employees. No fair practices and employee policies. I never felt going to work in a happy mood till I am employed with the business. It is not a right place to work for skilled employee.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
