Lot's of politics, no skill development, No projects , No job security, they can lay off you anytime they want without any reason. The company does not treat all employees same their rules are changing for every employee lot's of partiality

Nothing, the organization is for just for local guys, they are giving priority for the local guys also less salary. Important note freshers don't go there the company is not for freshers.

Dislikes

Freshers don't go there, not good for freshers,they will playing with your career, less salary, no career growth, Policitics, managers are just parrot in the difficult situation they leaves you alone, they don't care, they are just focusing on company growth and profit not a employee, employee is just a labour,
