Hi, Please read the full response. 1. If you can be specific about development standards please share your thoughts. 2. Work culture We are improving on each aspect every single day. If we wish to grow we need to set timelines. If timelines are not met, we have to try and finish work in a timely manner in order to be competitive in the market. Still, if you study company history and interview people working here, you'll find that we are one of the most flexible companies. In spite of all this, we are working towards building a better work environment such that employees can enjoy a work-life balance along with professional challenges and learning. You can get in touch with current employees to know more. 3. Also I think you need to make sense of the overall bigger picture rather than pointing fingers at a personal level. Once you know about company goals and vision, you'll be able to make more sense. 4. Hubstaff Hubstaff is for monitoring purposes. Also, we are very particular about our data security and securing IP (for which we have filed a patent also). It's not meant for micromanagement or making anyone uncomfortable. We are working remote and doing async communication, if you are doing proper work, then there is no need to worry :) Also, there are a sufficient number of products so that you don't have to hit keys and clicks unnecessarily :) If you are a developer, you can spend time learning and practicing something and the company pays for it. I don't see any bad deal in this. 5. Re Diwali/Dussehra. You can get a list of public holidays from the company HR. We don't work on common public holidays. These are provided to you in your induction process. 6. On Work description - We have an environment where we motivate our employees to give their best and hence achieve the best. I think that's how all co-operate works :) 7. We don't work on all 7 days. We are not that harsh :) Please get in touch with any existing or past employees of the company to verify.
