Dislikes

Some of the leaders are very uptight and arrogant. If you are not a senior employee, they won’t even want to see you in their meetings or keep you informed of the decisions being taken even if you are the one working solely on the projects. HR is doomed, they are not able to handle their own team, handling people company wide cannotbe expected from them. Culture is a bit toxic. If you are joining this company for knowledge gain then this might not be the right choice since scope of work is limited and mostly coordination or backend related.
