Salary No appreciation for your work No resources to work on tickets we need to spend on resources with our money and need to solve ticket even though no recognition and no hike no night shift allowance no travel allowance at joining they said they will provide allowance and hike but it's been more than 1 year nothing received yet as they said and be ready for 3 years service agreement and thanks for the politics in the company they are less than family members in the company Personal recommendation...
