I am dissatisfied with the delivery-side management's handling of employees. They lack knowledge in the area of employee treatment. The HR department lacks authority.There are no powers to HR department. According to other employees, giving powers to the HR team will make employees happier. This suggestion is not mine, but from other employees' perspectives.
