Work life balance. Day or afternoon shift.

Dislikes

Untrustworthy management. Those sitting in Gurgaon and have spent more than 15-20 years in the organisation don’t wish to take the company ahead and are just sitting and ensuring their salaries are credited. Majority of clients have taken their business to competitors. Their biggest client ETS is also extremely unhappy. Virtually nosupport extended to frontline staff. HR is a joke. Only those who are 10th-12th fail can get jobs here and will be protected and given timely salaries and bonuses. The India operations manager is only worried about taking leaves on time and is extremely gender biased. Pathetic organisation....Read More
