No one will look into the work what you are doing and at last will ask for the update what you have done quarterly

Dislikes

It lays off people every quarter by just saying restructuring the company we not require any more employee of same roles.

Work culture, team, learning opportunities, wfh mode, good management, definite working hours, respecting every individual opinion irrespective of seniority

Dislikes

Negligible hike, very difficult to earn promotion especially after merger, monotonous projects
