1. Some of the leaders are very knowledgeable and sensible 2. Good set of clients 3. Good exposure to the type of clients you want to interact and learn from

Dislikes

1. The product team is under an illusion as if their product is the best, where as it not. They don't improve the product and don't innovate. The competition is way ahead of them when it comes to product 2. The implementation team works without any standard methodology. They are not receptive to suggestions for improving and never bring any process improvement 3. The support team thinks - no support tickets mean customer is happy. 4. The customer success team has no penetration to the existing accounts. They have no clue what the client is doing and what problems the client is facing. There is planned approach for account management and account retention. 5. The overall operations is very adhoc basis and everytime you see the Ops Head involved in daily tasks and not working at a strategy level 6. Some of the tech team dont even know what is the new tech prevalent in the market and they are completely blank when it comes to new things. Unfortunately, the management also listens to these people and don't take any action. Unless there is a big shake up at the team level, the company cannot serve clients well....Read More
