There is nothing to like because the company has gone to dogs. There is a drastic change in the management because most of the tenured gold gems left this company due to dirty politics played by few longstanding tenured and new management staffs.

Dislikes

Dislike the new leaders that they have hired. Company is going through the worst time of their life by laying off people. So many undeserving people with zero people management experience are being promoted. They have become experts in false promises. It is a small company but they have hired so many GM roles, and promoted undeserving Heads to GM to please them. This is a loss making company and is at the verge of collapse. UK management must have a close scrutiny of all the promotions that are going over as most of the back stabbers and pot lickers are being promoted. Colleagues i worked with were the only motivation to come to work and my commitment. I love the job i do thats it.

Dislikes

What OSBI claims to be employee sentric and culture oriented, it false.... They are biased, horrible work ethics followed and if we hilight the wrong practice, the next minute you are out of the organisation. The put you in mental stress and abuse you based on your personal situation. I dont want anybody to go through what anybody went through, hence i dont refer anyone to join the place.
