Although such benefits are there, the company fails to recognize and promote decent talent. There was a monetized incentive program[apart from perf bonus] earlier, which got scrapped, the pay is on the lower end of a decent scale. The culture is degrading year by year. And salary hike and bonus also not good. Promotion benefits also very less. Boring culture. Not much activities from team side. Not much outings or gatherings.
