As a developer working directly for SBI Life Insurance. you will be given ownership of yours tasks and have the autonomy to drive development initiatives.

Dislikes

A major problem is that ther's often limited develoment when working on existing projects. Even when development is required, you often have to work with poorly written code from previous developers. Despite being a developer, you may be asked to perform manual testing due to lack of a dedicated testing team. Developers are often responsible for testing their own work. As an outsourced employee, you might be expected to work from 9:30 AM to 7:30 Pm, even though the official working hours are 9:30 hours GitHub or similar tools are often not used for code sharing.
