There are only two good things about NTT Data, Skill Development and Job Security.

Not worst but very bad work experience in my job role as a part of NTT DATA toxic Management and worst work culture and work life balance, Poor way or putting 2-3 year to get in the next position even in both the position work in similar and it affect your mental health as well as physical health as you were performing 10 hrs shift but getting paid for only 9 hrs and do not have time to work on yourself or spend time with your family....Read More

Remote working is the onky good thing I liked about it.

Dislikes

Management is unskilled, don't have domain knowledge and still involved in operations and act to be a Puppet of client without understanding the things and their implications.
