Nokia is a best place of you are looking out for a stable job and secure stay. In my 14 yrs of career I have seen very less or least corporate politics in Nokia. I don't want to generalise that for the whole company becoz I have worked for 3 different teams at Nokia. So that's my opinion. Dislikes

Everybody has the same opinion about pay and promotion. But I personally feel Nokia is paying a bit less than the market trend, however their policies are fair enough. At the end of the day, the more you earn, the more tax you pay, so it's one and the same.

Likes

Salary compensation upto market standards, people are supportive team mates and others. Working on 5G itself is challenging and learning opportunities are more.

Dislikes

Work life balance not great too much work pressure from higher management
