first, they will put you on the bench for months and suddenly put on the project of a totally different profile WHICH EVENTUALLY makes YOU TO LEAVE ORG, they will not provide any training or very little guidance. Negative work-life balance work like 12-18 hours, no regard for personal life Manager and Client manager is an 18th-century slave mind. Poor salary, they charge 2-3 lacs for Soft Enggs, 5-6 lacs for senior soft Enggs and pay them peanuts and expect them to work 12-18 hours. no job security Many coworkers are dropping out, due to stressful work and their health is also deteoriatad...Read More

Very bad place to work and there no job security . Top management doesn't have any morals and ethics. No recocgnition for hard work Simply Its a waste and worst place to work
