Likes

Good and challenging work, no office politics, above average appraisals. Flexible timings. Coworkers and seniors are very friendly. Great experience working here.

Dislikes

They are not scaling, so they cannot handle budget cuts. They are not very transparent in their policy. Uncertainty in job due to budget cuts.
