Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Good and challenging work, no office politics, above average appraisals. Flexible timings. Coworkers and seniors are very friendly. Great experience working here.

Dislikes

They are not scaling, so they cannot handle budget cuts. They are not very transparent in their policy. Uncertainty in job due to budget cuts.

Flexible timings, work life balance, higher salary then service based companies

Dislikes

Infrastructure, they don't provide laptops, the product they develop is niche so common/famous frameworks are not generally used

Dislikes

Poor management, no employee respect, no recognition, bania company, no process, pathetic leave policies, good for 1-2 year only

There clients are so good they are working on trending technologies. Very friendly work environment. If you put extra effort for company they will appreciate you with very good numbers at the end of year.
