You will learn a lot because there will no one to help you. You will have to figure everything out yourself. Salary comes on time.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

If you are a great boot licker you will excel here. Management is old school & clueless about things. There is no future strategy and there is constant change happening with the policies. The HR team is the worst they dont care about the employees. COO is all talk and no action.
