The worst hr you can find is in motilaloswal. Divya pillai is the regional hr but still she is useless. Lot of girls tell her problem her mental harrassment but everytime she will lie ok give me sometime I will get back to you . But she will never respond . This company is not at all female friendly . And if you have stable job thenguyz please don't leave that job and join mosl.. Mosl give you hike but after 6 month they will give you pip and then you will be useless to them . Without providing portfolio or client how many days you will survive. This is the organisation where you will be not allowed to serve your notice period. Bosses are insecure they don't give chance for fresh talent. Initially they will say that will arrange your training in Mumbai. They will send you Mumbai just for showing rosi picture but after coming from Mumbai your honeymoon period will go and real mental torture for 2 cr of monthly mutual fund get started apart from insurance and demat. Without any support. If you don't reach at 9.15 at 9.16 your salary will be debited for that month . Its a fraud company who is recruiting employees just to acquire customer base by doing mis commitment and false promises.
