Likes

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 before which you cannot resign.on the training is not given to new joinees. Company is good management but those people's are different kind nature at time working capital pls change

Work Details

The job is quite interesting.I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiply hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Higher management and company policy is good but state level and district level not good. In branch level their will be no support and branch heads will hide from the office when customer visits the office and the company will take 2months time to close a loan file in guntur district motilal has bad impression in the society and in the people that's we have simply resigned for the job .we don't want to be default with the customer's....Read More

We doesn't have support from branch and the branch manager .he doesn't know how to keep a mail to higher officals and he doesn't Know the alternative solution and logics how to bring the files and disperse the files how to treat the customer's and employees
