Likes

The people at Morgan Stanley are great to work with. They are smart and very helpful. The work life balance is really good. People here understand the importance of family and will be flexible when any personal issues arise.

Dislikes

Depending on the organization you work within, promotions may be difficult. You need to have exposure to the senior management to get promoted. It wouldn't matter if your manager/colleagues know how much you contribute but it is important that your work is highlighted to the senior management for one to be put up and pushed for promotion.
