Nothing that I can recall of. It's typical organization looking for people who say yes to management . Just say yes to ur manager.

Dislikes

It's depend on ur manager. Stay cautious with manager before disclosing anything. The Manager I got was pathetic.. He did fun of ur health issues in one to one conversation. They lack empathy. Always record ur conversation with manager or technical lead to save urself in future. Old days culture of Microsoft gone.. This is just like any other organizations u ever worked with.
