Dislikes

Work pressure... Difficult for a working mother to manage as they are very unsupportive. There is no time of working and that makes you available 24/7.. even some work they assign you Saturday Sunday. If they send you some mail at night 11PM then they want you to check your mail at 11pm and work if there is any critical issue. They don't consider you Human beings. Good for people who are workaholic not for people who believe in Work life Balance...Read More
