Full of politics, discrimination btw north and south people, they treat you like hell. HR policies pathetic, management doesn't know what to do, micromanagement, always call you on personal number don't know how to contact professionally. Whenever want to raise concern Hr shout on you rather than solving problems. Don't wants to listen mistakes of them always make target to you. During interview hr call you for work from home, and alot of projects or new project is coming they don't have much account only few are there., Give you alot more package during joining but make to apply lwp as you aren't tagged to project and on bench they forced to the hell. Nothing . The office is full of. Politics . Bad work culture . They cheat you telling that they will allocate to another project once an after one project is done . Bit the reality is once after one project is done they will remove you .
