...ojects or new project is coming they don't have much account only few are there., Give you alot more package during joining but make to apply lwp as you aren't tagged to project and on bench they forced to the hell. Don't think twice before joining, think thrice,before joining only if you wants to ruin your mental health.

1. Appraisal are not inline with performance. Compensation is not inline with market. 2. Tech leads that I worked with lacked experience that makes working with them good learning experience, this makes results in development that works, but is not completed with optimized implementations.
