As no one is permanent in govt. Sector (Strictly mentioned in your appointment Letter.) Class 3 employee is like sandwich between 1st 2nd and 4th class. They are easy target. Policies are good but due to it is emergency service, you can't opt leave easily. You have to cross several hurdles for 4 to 5 day leave. Work culture is messy, no defined job charts.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

After PWD, Health sector is most corrupted. In this who r working on floors has 0% chance of corruption than those who working on Desk. 99% Desk Authority corrupted.
