Over time, this environment starts to take a toll, and it feels like the mental strain is damaging. Additionally, the HR team has been unhelpful and unresponsive, which only adds to the frustration. The behaviour of the CEO Karun has been particularly troubling, as he often refers to employees in derogatory terms, comparing them to parasites and cancer cells. This demeaning treatment fosters a hostile work environment and further undermines morale, making the workplace even more difficult to navigate.
